Embodied Enneagram Basics

This introductory, in-person experience covers the foundations of the enneagram of personality. You'll learn about the history and purpose of the enneagram, the instinctual drives, centers of intelligence, and the nine basic types, all through the lens of embodiment—how it feels and what it means to live with these patterns. We'll do our best to help you discover your core pattern, and provide resources for further exploration. This in-person experience dives deeper into the embodied enneagram. We delve into the nine types in more depth and detail, exploring the dynamic movement of energy through the nine patterns as well as their passions and virtues. Expect to engage in meditation exercises and some gentle body movement to help us connect mind, heart, and body. As always, our focus is on using the enneagram of personality to find more compassion, connection, and freedom in your life.

Enneagram for Counselors Group
When: January 26 - March 1, 2024; Fridays 12:30-2:30pm ET

Where: online via Zoom
This group is for folks who are interested in using the enneagram in a psychotherapy practice. We'll meet weekly for six weeks via zoom and focus on using the enneagram in clinical practice. Participants must complete a screening interview. The group is consultative in nature and participants also learn the research-based Counseling Enneagram model.

Our general learning & discovery group is for anyone with a foundation of experience with the enneagram and who wants to learn in community. We read articles, listen to podcasts, share our experiences, and grow. Learning & discovery groups run for six weeks in the spring and fall and meets in the evenings.

We are using a sliding scale model to make these teachings more accessible. Please thoughtfully consider the value of this service to you, your current level of income (no proof required), and your ability to support a fair price for fellow community members in need. If you can pay a little extra, great. If you can't, great. We will not question you about how much you decide is right for you to pay. For everyone
The Enneagram is a powerful tool for personal growth and transformation. My training is in the Embodiment tradition, which includes awareness of the energetic aspects of each of the nine types and three instinctual types. This tradition moves the Enneagram from a purely intellectual tool to one that unites mind and body.
My experience with the Enneagram informs much of my counseling work, and I periodically offer workshops and groups that are open to the public. I also offer Enneagram consultations for groups and organizations who are interested in using this tool to improve communication and team-building.
For counselors
I've developed a research-based model for counselors interested in using the Enneagram in their therapy practice. I'll be teaching this model in a group format starting January 2024. Sign up to learn more about the Counseling Enneagram group.
